Originating in Niigata, the birthplace of Nishikigoi. Starting our journey from Marusho Koi Farm in Yomogihira, Nagaoka City, we have achieved steady growth. By combining our highly trained aesthetic eye with advanced transportation techniques cultivated over many years, we deliver carefully selected Nishikigoi and Niigata’s specialty “Tamasaba” to dealers and hobbyists all around the world.

For over half a century, we have devoted ourselves to producing Nishikigoi in the Nagaoka region of Niigata. Our numerous awards at Koi shows are proof of our passion and quality.
A beautiful goldfish unique to Niigata that swims alongside Nishikigoi
Tamasaba is a specialty variety developed in the Chuetsu region of Niigata Prefecture. With its charming, rounded body shape and strong swimming ability and cold tolerance comparable to Nishikigoi, it can be kept together with koi in the same pond. In recent years, its appeal has been highly regarded overseas, and we produce and export it as one of our main products alongside Nishikigoi.
